The front entry ballistic podium of the Des Moines federal courthouse was damaged during the civil unrest of 2020. We replaced the specialty grade bullet-proof glass & metal frame.
Contracted to Design/Build Fire Alarm and Intrusion Detection System at the Hammond Depot in Indiana. This project required the existing system to remain on-line while the new system was being designed and installed.
985 Michigan Ave Modernization-Contracted to perform all through penetration firestop for the General Contractor on this project to ensure code compliance. All penetrations were labeled to document the UL Tested System Design that was installed.
FAA LaGuardia Air Traffic Control Tower-Contracted to provide the Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual testing on the airports' fire alarm, fire doors, fire protection, and fire suppression systems. Bartkowski provided all code required preventative maintenance as part of this contract.
This contract consisted of completing a survey of approximately 700,000sf of occupied space within the Moakley Federal Courthouse. The second phase of the work was correcting the deficiencies found in the stairwells and in the elevator machine rooms.
Bartkowski was responsible for upgrading all campsite electrical including 38 RV panels, main lodge, & 6 main distribution panels. New fans & exterior lights were also installed.
This project consisted of roof valley repairs & roof replacement. Damaged drywall due to water leakage was replaced & painted. Removal & replacement of the shingled roof with existing skylights was also done at the Double Lake Recreation area.
