Located on Chicago's near west side, Rush's Rubschlager Building will be connected to hospital towers with a walkway across Ashland Avenue. Once completed the facility will house outpatient services & clinical research as well as conference, work & educational spaces.

UIH Outpatient Center

The University of Illinois at Chicago is adding an Outpatient Surgery Center & Speciality Clinics building on South Wood St. amid the sprawling medical district. It will serve gastro, eyes, ears, nose, throat,transplant & urology patients.

Skokie Hospital

Located in Illinois, Skokie hospital specializes in orthopaedic & spinal care.  Serving the community since 1963 Skokie also boasts a Level II Trauma Center, Emergency Department, & outpatient care.

Elmhurst Hospital

This newly built hospital serves the community of Elmhurst Illinois with state of the art ammenities. This includes 259 private in patient suites in an enviroment meant to make the experience as non stressful as possible.

Franciscan Health, Munster, IN adds approx. 20,000 sf. with 25 private patient rooms. Bartkowski provided through penetration firestop of plumbing, ductwork, mechanical pipe, fire protection, medical gas and pneumatic tube through rated walls and floors.  

575,000 sf. cancer pavilion advances the University of Chicago’s and UChicago Medicine’s goals for cancer prevention, health equity and survivorship, and builds off its leadership in cancer research and treatment. Bartkokwski provided a complete Firestop Package.

UWH D2 Module addition in Madison, WI - 101,500-wf, seven-story addition will housing 48 inpatient beds, a prep-recovery-flex bed unit, and expansion of the emergency department and facility support services.  Bartkowski furnished/installed fire stopping for plumbing, mechanical pipe, ductwork, fire protection, med-gas and Electrical conduit through rated walls and smoke barriers.

HSHS St. Mary’s Renovation - Bartkowski provided firesafing and smoke seal, new plumbing, pneumatic tube, med gas, mechanical pipe, ductwork, and fire protection lines through rated walls and floors.
