Indianapolis Combo Project Update

#BLSC teams are up and at it once again as we report progress from the ARTCC Combo project in Indianapolis.
With an array of responsibilities, our main focus for this project includes heater replacements, roof repairs in 2 separate buildings, a canopy replacement and concrete sidewalk repairs.
As always #BLSC is grateful for these responsibilities bestowed to us. Thank you to our partners, team and vendors.

#BLSC is proud to have been selected to perform the Perimeter Firesafing and Smokeseal at the Curtainwall on the upcoming Oyster Point Phase 2 project located in the heart of San Francisco, CA.
Phase 2, features an urban village that includes an outdoor amphitheater, outdoor meeting spaces, conference center and an F&B amenity building.

Project Spotlight! 320 Canal is a 50 story Class A office tower located in Chicago. #BLSC performed the perimeter Firesafing/Smokeseal as well as various MEP though penetration Firestop applications.
Completion date 2022.
