is proud to announce the upcoming collaboration on the new Avocet Tower in Bethesda, MD. Our field teams will be completing the Perimeter Firesafing and Smokeseal at the Curtainwall Facade. The nearly 400,000 gsf of Class-A office space is slated for completion in 2021.

#BLSC is proud to have been selected to perform the Perimeter Firesafing and Smokeseal at the Curtainwall on the upcoming Oyster Point Phase 2 project located in the heart of San Francisco, CA.
Phase 2, features an urban village that includes an outdoor amphitheater, outdoor meeting spaces, conference center and an F&B amenity building.
